The role and the team
The position of Inside Sales Representative is based in our office in Munich, Germany, focusing exclusively on the DACH region. 
In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction through regular follow-ups, and keeping them informed about company updates. You will actively support upselling opportunities, manage order renewals, and track project timelines to guarantee the smooth coordination of various projects. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system. 
You will work closely with the Territory Sales Manager and report directly to the Sales Director DACH.
Your impact
Existing Customers Management 
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring continuous engagement and addressing their needs.
  • Keep customers updated on company news, product developments, and other important updates to foster trust and transparency.
Sales Support and Upselling 
  • Identify upselling opportunities and present additional solutions or services to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Follow up on offers and efficiently process orders.
Sales Projects Coordination 
  • Coordinate sales projects, track timelines, and ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and customers to meet project goals.
  • Work closely with the Territory Sales Managers, assist with scheduling, prepare appointments, and handle follow-ups from customer meetings.
Data Management 
  • Manage customer and order data in the CRM system, ensuring its accuracy and maintaining high data quality.
The skills you will bring
Key Strengths 
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, internal sales, or customer support
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a strong ability to identify upselling opportunities
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Enthusiasm for customer interaction and cross-functional teamwork
Professional Qualities 
  • Structured approach to work with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and quick problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus) and MS Office tools
Bonus Points 
  • Experience in software companies or with industry-oriented products
Languages mandatory for the role: 
  • Professional German (C1-C2 CEFR) for customer and internal communication
  • Advanced English (B2-C1 CEFR) for internal communication, as it is our working language
