The role and the team
In this role, you will play a key role in leading the cloud platform design, implementation, operation, and further development. We are searching for a person to join us at the beginning of the project. One goal of the project, in addition to getting the infrastructure in place, is to create an architecture framework together with the product teams. All of this will pave the way for creating new services and modularizing existing ones to fit the cloud platform.

This position is ideal for someone with strong expertise in cloud architecture and its implementation, who has the potential to take the lead in this area, enjoys working collaboratively across teams, and is motivated to drive the design and evolution of a platform that supports global products.

We work in iterations and are organized in small teams to deliver customer value.
Our office is in Espoo, but we support remote work from anywhere in Finland.
Your impact
  • Help build the new Cloud team and coach team members to grow in the area
  • Design and build, together with the team, a foundation for scalable and secure cloud architecture
  • Ensure support for running the operations in architecture and implementation
  • Create and develop, together with the team, lean and reliable processes  for the upkeep and support of the platform
  • Architect and implement a CI/CD pipeline in collaboration with the team, integrating desktop and cloud environments to ensure efficient, secure, and consistent software delivery across both platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to help adapt existing software for the cloud environment
The skills you will bring
  • Hands-on expertise in Azure services (AKS, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor, etc.)
  • Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes architecture and deployment for both cloud and preferably on-premises environments
  • Experience in multi-tenant design principles and patterns
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), networking, securityidentity and access management
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • ProfessionalEnglish, as it is our working language
