The role and the team
We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive our EMEA and APAC regional growth. The ideal candidate is a structured and experienced sales leader with a proven ability to scale sales, implement clear processes, coach their team, and set goals and drive results based on the company strategy. In this position, you report to the Head of Global Sales, and you will work closely with our sales team, simulation experts, marketing, and other teams and our partners.
Your impact
Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Provide leadership, coaching, and development to salespeople across EMEA and APAC, ensuring they are aligned, motivated, and high performing.
Drive Sales: Create, communicate, and execute the business plan and go-to-market sales strategies for both regions.
Implement Systematic Sales Processes:Establish structured workflows and frameworks, aligning sales activities with group-wide goals.
Set & Track Sales KPIs: Define team targets, monitor performance through key metrics, and drive accountability to consistently achieve revenue goals.
Drive Business Development:Collaborate with team members, partners, and marketing to build, monitor, and optimize the sales pipeline. Identify and act on new growth opportunities.
CRM and Sales Pipeline Management: Leverage modern CRM tools (especially Salesforce) to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and opportunity tracking.
Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation within the team, continuously refining processes and adopting best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. operations, R&D, finance) to improve overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.
The skills you will bring
Proven experience leading B2B sales team(s).
Experience in the automation, manufacturing, or software industries.
Strong organizational andoperational skills, with the ability to turn ideas into executable plans.
Ability to define sales targets, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
Proven experience and passion for coaching and mentoring – inspiring your team to perform and grow.
Experience in international sales, particularly across EMEA and APAC regions.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Readiness and willingness to travel internationally for work.
