The role and the team
We are looking for an Operations and quality specialist to strengthen our Quality Assurance team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, and helping customers succeed.
 
In this role, you will support our global users with licensing and ensure they can get the most out of our software. You will help customers and partners globally through a ticketing system. You will also work closely with our QA and Development teams to improve the licensing system quality and customer experience, helping us reduce recurring issues and build a smoother journey for customers in the future.

Your impact
  • Help customers with license activation, configuration, troubleshooting, and general license-related questions
  • Provide technical support (ticketing system, email, calls, screen-sharing) in a clear and friendly way
  • Investigate issues root causes, identify patterns and prevent recurring licensing issues in collaboration with QA and Development team
  • Test, refine and help prioritize customer reported licensing issues by participating in the Scrum process 
  • Work with tools such as Deskpro, Salesforce, Azure DevOps, VMware, and our proprietary licensing systems
The skills you will bring
  • A natural interest in IT, software, and problem-solving
  • Ability to understand technical issues and explain them clearly to users
  • Comfortable taking remote support calls and guiding customers step-by-step
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Computer-savvy mindset; you pick up new systems quickly and are comfortable working with desktop operating systems
  • IT-related education or studies are considered a plus, but not required
  • A proactive, curious attitude and willingness to learn
