The role and the team
We are looking for an marketing coordinator to strengthen and support our global marketing team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys vast variety of marketing tasks with willingness to learn and grow in an international atmosphere.
In this role, you will be coordinating various tasks from translations, digital marketing processes, website updates, and events. If you are curious, and enjoy continuous learning in a fast pacing world of marketing, this could be the perfect position for you.
This is role is until end of May 2027.
Your impact
Coordinate and project manage marketing initiatives such as translations, content production and agency work
Update and manage existing website content
Help with chat flows, forms workflows and data clean up in Hubspot
Support with tradeshows, events and webinars
Opportunity to assist with visual content production (e.g., video shooting and editing, social media visuals, simple graphics, layouts)
The skills you will bring
You have a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style as well as the ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
You have some experience with relevant studies in marketing or communications. Experience with HubSpot and Wordpress is a plus
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Chinese is a plus.
